Use these settings when a mail app does not automatically detect COG Mail. The username should always be the full email address.

Authentication: Normal password
Username: full email address
Outgoing Mail
Protocol: SMTP
Server: cogmail.tech
Port: 587
Security: STARTTLS
Authentication: Normal password
Username: full email address
Alternate SMTP
Protocol: SMTP
Server: cogmail.tech
Port: 465
Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication: Normal password

Avoid using mail.yourdomain.com, imap.yourdomain.com, or
